Eco Caters, San Diego Catering Division, prepares meal for NuVasive Party
NuVasive Creative Spine Technology hired Eco Caters, a local San Diego caterer, to cater their corporate dinner, with a family style twist. Being in California, of course Hierloom Salsa and Guac Trio with Organic Tortilla Chips were on the menu, along with Southern Chicken Lollypops with Homemade Buttermilk Ranch and Chipotle Blueberry BBQ Sauce. This fun get together then had a Market Pizza Station with 3 Specialty Pizzas or a “Make Your Own” station. This included Pepperoni, Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms, Ham, Pineapple and Onion or, Veggie Pizza with Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Broccoli and Tomatoes. The next station was a Quesadilla Station with Shrimp, Chicken, Cheese, Peppers, Onions, Sour Cream, Salsa and Hot Sauce. The third station was a delicious Sushi Station with Cali Roll, Rainbow Roll, Spicy Tuna, Seaweed Salad and Edamame. Finally, the dessert station was an awesome Brownie Sundae Station with Hot Fudge, Hot Berry Sauce, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Whip Cream, Chopped Nuts and Candy Toppings.
The guest loved all the choices and had so much fun putting together a meal of their favorite foods. Stations are a great way to please everyone.
