Eco Caters catered the GBK Golden Globes celebrity gifting suite at the 9900 Club and had the opportunity to get some of our organic food front and center with some celebrities and press. At the booth we served all organic hors d’oeuvres consisting of Turkey Sliders with apricot, arugula, apple, cranberry mayo and fresh made spicy mustard on a pretzel roll along with Seafood Sausage made with shrimp, scallops and red snapper served with spicy mustard and fresh onion sprouts. We also had a beet salad and some salmon rillet served in a small bread cup.
Along with the hors d’oeuvres we gave all of the press and celebrities organic chocolate truffles in an origami box made from recycled whole foods paper bags. Everyone enjoyed the food and the boxes of chocolates were a huge hit. Some of the celebrities that we met and talked to about our eco-friendly organic catering services included Tom Arnold, Steven Baldwin, Billy Zane and Marisol Nichols.
