If you are the first to book on the date of your event, you have first rights to our Los Angeles Catering stock. This means serving platters, utensils, bamboo risers, chafing dishes. Today we served Albacore Salad with Nicoise Olives , Grilled Eggplant with Tomato, Arugula, and Marjoram Aioli, & Smoked Salmon with Olivade and Sauce Grabiche.
